Return Policy
We are so certain of your complete satisfaction that we offer a money back guarantee.
From the moment you (or gift recipient) receive our products, you have 14 (fourteen) calendar days to admire it where ever you choose.. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Todd Burley Fine Art, you need simply to contact us in within that period. If we can't correct your dissatisfaction, we'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions. Once the product arrives, it will be inspected and your refund will be made within 5 business days.
Print Return Specifics
1. No return items will be accepted without a valid RMA Number.
2. Prints should be in their original condition with the cellophane wrapper intact, or are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
3. Damaged prints are not refundable (unless clearly damaged in shipping).
Original Artwork Return Specifics
1. No return items will be accepted without a valid RMA Number.
2. Originals must be returned in their original condition with the certificate of authenticity.
3. Originals must be returned in their original shipping containers to ensure safety.
4. No refund will be issued if the original arrives back at our facility damaged (unless the shipping carrier is at fault).
5. Due to original work's rarity, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
Responsibility and Liability
As a responsible company, we hold ourselves to an extremely high standard of integrity. We strive to make your experience with this gallery very enjoyable. The vast majority of our internet transactions are completely positive, and in order to prevent ambiguity, we want to outline the following:
1. It is your responsibility to specify a proper shipping address so we can guarantee receipt of your shipment.
2. If someone other than the purchaser or designee signs for, or receives the package, we cannot be responsible.
3. We are not responsible for for loss, theft or damage of a shipment after delivery has been confirmed.
4. If you have arranged with a courier to waive signatures at your address, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage after confirmed delivery.
5. Our liability in any situation is limited to the purchase price listed on the invoice.
