Payment
All orders must be paid for in full before they are authorized to leave our facility. At this time PayPal is the only form of payment that we accept. We are currently working to set up Google Checkout for US orders. You may contact us to inquire about other forms of payment in special circumstances.
PayPal accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept most bank VISA or MasterCard debit cards.
Order Processing and Shipping Basics
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Standard orders generally leave our facility within 5 days of receipt. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays or US Holidays

Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are based on the package weight, size, distance shipped and chosen method of delivery. It is important to note that we are shipping very fragile items that contain pieces of glass. Artwork is very sensitive to the elements (temprature, humidity, mositure, etc.) and it is imperative that we take the necessary precautions to ensure your order arrives safely.

Shipping Methods
Standard White Glove: This is the most efficient method of shipping. It ensures your treasures arrive safely. Orders containing artwork are shipped via UPS or Fedex. Smaller items such as notecards and gifts are shipped via United States Postal Service (Priority Mail).
Expedited: This is the most timely method of shipping. All orders are shipped via your selected carrier and method.

The cost for shipping is based on the size and quantity of the products you order from us at one time.

International Shipping
Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. Please read the Customs section of this document for additional important information.

Post Office Boxes
Please note, at this time we are unable to ship artwork to P.O. Box addresses. Please contact us to make alternative arrangements.

APO/FPO
For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard White Glove Service only (Expedited are not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon your order amount.

Delivery Signature
We require a signature on all orders over $500. All other orders are waived from signature unless otherwise instructed via comments on your order form.

Tracking Your Packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package through our shipping carriers web sites:

When the Shipment Arrives
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Accidents and mis-handling sometimes do occur in shipping. The company that delivers your package is responsible for your order while they are transporting it to you. If there is a problem report it to us immediately so we may take the proper actions to get your order to you satisfactorily.

Customs Policy
It is very important to note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering. We will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office.
Additionally, when ordering from ToddBurleyFineArt.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.
You may also be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. We will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office.
We will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.

Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

Out of Stock
You will be contacted via email if you ordered an out of stock item. At this point you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, remove it from your order, cancel your order or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is in stock again. If you choose to remove the out of stock item from your order, or the edition is closed a refund will be issued that is consistent with the original method of payment.

Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by emailing
Customer Service. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.

Responsibility and Liability
We are a responsible company and hold ourselves to the highest standard when it comes to our products and the integrity of our company. The overwhelming majority of internet customers follow the basic principles of business transactions however we must clearly define responsibility and liability to prevent negative experiences with us.
When you order from ToddBurleyFineArt.com you agree to comply with the following:
1. It is your responsibility to specify a shipping address where we can guarantee secure receipt of your shipment.
2. If someone other than the name on the order signs for the package and it results in you not receiving the package we are not responsible.
3. We are not responsible for for loss, theft or damage of a shipment after confirmed delivery to your specified shipping address.
4. If you have arranged with a courier to waive signatures at your address, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage after confirmed delivery.
5. Our liability in any situation is limited to the price you pay for an item. This amount is the price listed on your invoice.
6. By using our site and purchasing our products, you signify your acceptance of our Shipping and Return Policies. Your continued use of this site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean that you accept those changes.
